What we offer you  

 

We have an opportunity for a Senior Associate to joinour Capital Projects Advisory Service Line, operating within the SocialInfrastructure space. This role will be located in Melbourne.

Advisian is compelled by the pursuit of improvingsocial outcomes, and together with our clients we deliver projects focused onthe advancement of health, the availability of social housing, the enhanced educationof students and the public benefit of community-focused precincts andinfrastructure.


We are looking to expand our team with individuals whowill bring a wide-range of experience to our projects, from strategic planning,project management and sensitive community consultation, through to overseeing transactionmanagement and investment advisory roles on joint venture projects.  


 


Responsibilitiesand Key Accountabilities:


  • Leading health and social infrastructure planning ingovernment and private settings
  • Development of strategic business cases for assetrenewal or new planning to provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Supporting and developing the social procurementoffering
  • Building strong client relationships & identifyingnew opportunities
  • Leading and delivering varying assignments
  • Mentoring and coaching consulting teams on assignments


Experienceand Qualifications:

 

  • A degree in a relevant discipline
  • A double degree in business, finance or economics isan advantage
  • Experience in providing project and business solutionsto clients in the social infrastructure sector.
  • A background in health planning is an advantage.
  • A strong background in social infrastructure planningand development working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated flexible and adaptable approach and ableto operate in different ways in different situations
  • Ability to synthesis skills across sub-sectors and acomplex range of stakeholders within Social Infrastructure
  • Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to project delivery and businessdevelopment
