DEDICATED CUSTOMER PROFESSIONAL with Spanish

In our Budapest office, you will become one of the primary faces of F&L to our customers. You will manage the Order to Cash process in coordination with a number of connected functions. Our teams handle everything from setting up customers in our systems, order placing and follow up with our delivering locations worldwide, customers communication, billing, payment collection and bookings to customer accounts. 

You will:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and reduce capital employed by efficiently managing collection efforts (including preventive and dunning actions), responding timely and effectively to all queries, complaints and maintaining customer accounts updated while ensuring blocked orders are timely and efficiently released
  • Manage accounts receivable, according to escalation process, and execute collection procedures:
  • Respond to inbound calls and proactively call customers to advise concerning invoices, payment completion
  • Responsible for the follow ups of invoices until customer payment is received and receivable is cleared
  • Identify root causes and corrective actions and ensure they are implemented.
  • Follow up with customers for unapplied payments to identify relevant invoices and apply the cash.
  • Coordinate all collection efforts until the final decision is taken on the CTP meeting
  • Identifies blocked orders, credit payments and supports resolution process for all types effectively
  • Assigns special attention to Priority Accounts, strategic customers of ExxonMobil
  • Supports credit disbursements and facilitates customer  agreements on disbursement method
  • Communicate routinely with Treasurers Credit and Sales representative regarding collections, payment trends, pertinent customer information and payment irregularities
  • Process receivables rescheduling requests from Sales
  • Analyze and release AOT and prepayment blocked orders
  • Meet customers expectation by applying payments and rejections correctly and timely
  • Ensure that all cash transmissions to / from ExxonMobil banks are applied directly to the customer account (direct credit)
  • Responsibility for daily balancing transitory/ bridge accounts related to Cash Application process
  • When necessary, coordinate payment application with inter-company group
  • Manage bounced payments in line with the bounced payment process
  • Monitor aging items, queries, system auto-match malfunction and follows defined escalation process without delay.
  • Assist with projects, initiative, strategic work items assigned by CS Management
  • Executes operational activities in compliance with Controls requirements of the respective business area
Your profile:

  • Issue diagnosis, analysis and resolution skill. Ability to identify an underlying issue by actively listening.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills explain the solution to the customer, in English and Spanish
  • Ability to utilize customer information to position different options and achieve mutually beneficial resolution.
  • Actively champion for the customers issues and when it is possible work on their behalf to achieve resolution. Able to recommend solutions that are consistent with ExxonMobils policy guidelines, and also maximize customer benefits.
  • Ability to identify customers personalities and adapt accordingly to create a low-effort interaction.
  • Basic overall knowledge of respective Business Units products, services, industry and financial guidelines
  • Be stress tolerant
  • Able to work ffectively works in Team
  • Have a minimum of basic accounting knowledge
  • Wiliness to work occasionally (on rotation with the team) in afternoon shift (from 1PM to 9PM)
