Supply Specialist Sr in North Carolina-Camp Lejeune, United States

This Supply Specialist Sr. position located at HQ, MARSOC, Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC.

As a Supply Specialist Sr (Admin Associate Sr.) you will perform the full spectrum of Supply Administrative function duties and responsibilities to include, but not limited to, requisitioning, reconciliation, Due and Status File (DASF), Mechanized Allowance List (MAL), Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR), Fiscal, inventory, accountability, and other related specialty areas. The incumbent will serve as a senior Supply Administration Subject Matter Expert (SME), advisor, mentor, and a potential command inspection team member and as such must possess a high degree of proficiency in all supply functional areas, and in depth knowledge and understanding of DoD and Marine Corps organizational structure, policies, guidelines, and procedures.

You will provide training, coaching, etc., to the MRR and its subordinate battalions.

Maintain and prepare necessary accounting and supply documents, custody records, perform reconciliations using AIS such as: GCSS-MC; Procurement Request (PR) Builder; Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System (SABRS); SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS); Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and SSAVIE.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: High School or GED equivalent and 12 twelve years of relevant, progressive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess current experience and expert level proficiency in the use of GCSS-MC and common MS Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of/proficiency in SharePoint preferred but not required.
Prior experience on USMC component level staff and as a member of FSMAO/SMAT inspection teams is desired but not required.

Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.

Essential Functions
Work will be performed inside a large facility. Work assignments vary based on client requirements. Position could require some night and weekend work. Some travel may be required based on client requirements.

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 50 lbs. Must have sufficient mobility, included but not limited to: bending, reaching, turning and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.

Equipment and Machines
General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other work related tools as required. Must be proficient in the use of common Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Attendance
Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client. It is important to be able to work at least 8 hours a day for 5 days per week (Monday through Friday). Must exhibit flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements.

Candidate must exhibit a professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation, and enhances productivity in the workplace. Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to work effectively with a variety of government, military and contractor personnel at all levels. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Grooming and dress usually business casual, but dependent on clients standards. Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area.
